Giving

We thank God for the blessings that are provided, and the opportunities to share them with others. Thank you for your generosity and partnership with Salem Lutheran Church as we share ministry together.

A convenient way to contribute your annual commitment amount is through our Electronic Funds Transfer program. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that the church is receiving your contribution even if you are unable to attend. All contributions are recorded for you on your bank statement with the date of settlement. There is no cost to you for participating in the program. Just click on the button below to enroll in the program and make a donation. There is also an option for you to use a debit or credit card.

Through your contributions, we’re able to share the message of our faith to our congregation and the larger community.

TextPlusGive eGiving service provides tools to make giving simple even when you’re unable to attend church.  Recurring or one time gifts are able to be set up through this option as well.

Often times when a loved one dies, there are gifts made in their memory. Memorial gifts that are received are tracked, and then a list is sent to the family so they may share their thanks. Through consultation with the Pastor, there may be some specific area, need, or item that would be most helpful to the church and its ministry that the family would like to designate. Memorials and gifts are never used for the operating budget of the church.

If someone simply wishes to make a gift, the best way to begin is to have conversation with the Pastor. It may then be determined where best it could be used. Many people in making out their wills will designate the church in a specific way, thereby relieving the family from having to work through that process.
